These terms govern your use of the kdigital.ai website and, unless a separate signed agreement applies, KDigital Technologies' products and services. By using the site or services, you agree to them.
You may use our services only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
You retain all rights to data you submit to our products. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the services on your behalf — including letting agents act within the permissions you configure. We do not train models on your data.
Our products generate recommendations and drafts using AI. Outputs may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing and approving agent actions where your configuration requires it, and for decisions made based on outputs.
The services, including software, design, and content we provide, are owned by KDigital and its licensors. These terms don't grant you any rights other than the right to use the services as described.
Paid services are billed as set out in your order form or statement of work. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable.
The website is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, KDigital disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Either party may terminate as set out in the applicable order form.
