KDigital Technologies ("KDigital", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to kdigital.ai and to our products and services.
We collect information you give us directly — such as your name, company, email, and phone number when you request a demo or contact us — and limited technical information collected automatically, such as browser type and pages visited, used to understand how the site performs.
We use your information to respond to your enquiries, schedule demos, provide and improve our products and services, and — where you've agreed — send occasional updates about KDigital. We do not sell your personal information.
Data our customers process through KDigital products remains theirs. We act as a processor: agents operate within scoped permissions, sensitive fields can be redacted before reaching a model, and we do not train models on customer data. Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and audit logging apply by default.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (under contractual confidentiality), when required by law, or with your direction. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. We protect it with industry-standard technical and organizational measures aligned with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 practices.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
