KDigital treats outcome figures as specific to the workflow, customer environment and measurement design that produced them.

Numbers shown inside product mock-ups or scenario panels may be illustrative. They demonstrate the type of information an interface can present; they do not promise a result. KDigital labels these values through page-level evidence notes and does not treat them as universal performance claims.
Where a customer cannot be named, KDigital publishes only the context the customer permits, and avoids implying that an anonymised example is independently verifiable. A reader may request additional methodology, subject to confidentiality obligations.
Individual deployment outcomes are not industry benchmarks and are not guarantees. Expected results must be estimated from the buyer's own baseline, data quality, operating model, adoption and constraints.
Ask for the methodology behind a specific figure, or report a concern, through the contact page. Include the page URL and the exact claim.
The minimum context KDigital attaches to any quantitative claim, and how to tell an illustrative interface value from a measured outcome.
